Arriving prepared helps your care team make the most of your appointment.
Before you arrive
- Create your patient portal account and verify your email address.
- Write down your current medications, including over-the-counter products and supplements.
- Note any allergies and past surgeries.
On the day
Bring your provincial health card and arrive 10 minutes early to check in. If you need an interpreter or an accessibility accommodation, let us know when you book.
